Any product bearing the Amari name or Trademark or “likeness” and states that is made by Amari Acoustics Canada is actually made in China without our consent.. We hold no liability for any product bought directly from China, Hong Kong or any dealers abroad because we do not manufacture products because we are no longer in business and do not manufacture Amari branded products. Also “no” stock of Amari products has ever been produced or sold off to any company in Asia or abroad and all other parts and components from the original products were scraped rather than sold. We "do not" acknowledge warranties, guarantees and or supply parts for any defective equipment because as stated we are out of business since January 2008 and have never knowingly shipped product into Europe, or North America.
Finally, we do not or condone the infringement on other companies patents or products and take no responsibility for Chinese company’s or dubious international distributors who do so using the Amari Brand. Please read the above carefully as we will not respond to any further emails regarding to Amari products as we are out of business and do not manufacture products of any kind.
